Your Guide
Surya Light is a singer-songwriter, recording artist, vocal alchemist, spiritual mentor, and multidimensional guide with over two decades of experience in energy and sound healing, yoga and meditation, ceremonial facilitation, spiritual activation, and vocal empowerment.
After years of silencing her voice out of fear of judgment and “being too much,” Surya’s own healing journey revealed that her voice was the very medicine she had been suppressing.
Before stepping fully into her soul work, Surya spent many years guiding youth and adults through violence prevention, assertiveness training, and nervous system regulation, helping others speak their truth, state their boundaries, and navigate high-stress or dangerous situations with clarity and presence.
Now, she weaves these foundational teachings into a more expansive offering—supporting others in reclaiming the power of their expression through sound, song, and speech.
Her gift is in seeing the soul, offering divine reflection, and holding a sacred energetic field that allows others to rise. Your voice will meet a new level of freedom in her presence.

What to Bring
To fully receive the transmissions and anchor into your sacred self, we invite you to prepare a nourishing space that supports your voice, your energy, and your soul’s expression.
A journal and pen
A candle or soft lighting for sacred space
Headphones or speakers for sound immersion
Your favorite sacred items (crystals, totems, etc.)
A cozy shawl or blanket for meditation or comfort
Water and/or herbal tea (hydration = vocal clarity)
An open heart and willingness to be seen and witnessed
