What You Will Experience:
RELAX, RELEASE, REST AND REBIRTH! This is a private ceremony for those who are ready to transcend the limitation of the mind and move into a state that allows expansive perspectives and deep healing. Each ceremony is different and the journey will vary. From there, we will take the next steps together to complete your registration. If you already know you are ready or have attended a ceremony with me in the past, you may register directly from the below link. The ceremony will consist of:
Opening Circle - Logistics and Intentions
Guided Meditation to drop into the body
Live medicine songs and recorded music with channeled vocals
Intuitive Energy Healing (We will discuss consent before any hands-on support is offered)
Smudging and energetic clearing throughout the ceremony as intuitively guided by our team
Soothing Sound Bath to support landing and integration
Gentle stretching to support embodiment after the sound bath
Plant-based nourishing food provided to ground and time to connect with others in the circle
Closing circle - group sharing and integration information
Included:
Pre-ceremony consultation call and intake form with detailed preparation information
Post-ceremony group integration support call via Zoom on the Wednesday following ceremony from 6-7:30pm (link will be sent out after ceremony)
Post-ceremony 10 minute individual call included upon request
Option to book a 1 hour individual integration or energy healing call via link for purchase
Resources for integration specialists, counsellors and holistic healers to support your continued journey
What to Bring:
A blanket to cover yourself and stay cozy. The space will be warm but temperatures can fluctuate as emotions are released.
A pillow or two to be super cozy and cuddle up with.
A water bottle with water, there is a brita filter to refill as needed.
Please wear comfortable, flexible and breathable clothing and dress in layers to adjust to temperatures. You may like to bring slippers to keep your feet warm and cozy.
An eye mask (optional) the space will be dim and lit with candles and soft lights.
A journal if you like (optional)
Any personal items, sacred items or pictures that may support you (optional)
An open-heart and an open-mind. If the open-heart is not possible, at least an open-mind and we will work on opening the heart together.
There will be a thick mat provided for your comfort, you just need to bring a blanket to put under you and one to cover you for comfort.
