Each month, we gather in sacred circle to explore one chakra through ritual, movement, voice, breath, and stillness — creating space to release what no longer serves, realign your energy, and remember who you truly are.
These ceremonies weave together sound healing, spiritual teachings, vocal activations, somatic practices, and guided meditation to support deep energetic attunement, soul integration, and spiritual embodiment.

Each ceremony is a portal. Together, they create a path of spiritual activation, divine empowerment, and soul remembrance.

Come experience a ceremonial journey and spiritual tune-up — a sacred space to reconnect with your inner truth, soothe your nervous system, and align your energy field.
Each gathering is guided intuitively and rooted in the sacred, with monthly themes that evolve to support both collective energy and your personal spiritual evolution.
Sessions may include:
Crystal-infused sound baths
Breathwork and subtle somatic practices
Gentle movement or restorative yoga
Guided visualization and spiritual teachings
Ritual, journaling, and energetic intention-setting
Occasional song circles or vocal activations
Optional cacao or microdose to deepen connection
No two ceremonies are the same — but all are designed to weave sacredness into every moment, supporting spiritual empowerment, emotional release, and energetic recalibration.
This is a space to return to your center, awaken your light, and harmonize mind, body, and spirit.
The Essentials (what to bring)
Please bring the following items to help you feel supported and comfortable during our time together:
Yoga mat
Pillow or meditation cushion
Lightweight blanket or shawl
Journal and pen
Water bottle (filtered water is available at the studio for refills)
Optional: Crystals or other sacred items that support your practice
🧘♀️ There are a limited number of yoga mats, bolsters, cushions, and blankets available at the studio. If you have your own, please bring them to help ensure availability for those who don’t.
