Surya Light is a spiritual teacher, sound alchemist, and transformational guide with over two decades of experience in energy healing, yoga, meditation, and ceremonial facilitation.
She blends vocal empowerment, somatic healing, and soul-guided mentoring with grounded presence and intuitive wisdom. Her ceremonies weave together sound healing, spiritual teachings, and sacred ritual to support energetic alignment and spiritual embodiment.

Yoga mat
Pillow or meditation cushion
Lightweight blanket
Journal and pen
Water bottle(filtered water is available at the studio for refills)
There are a limited number of yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, and blankets available at the studio.
If you have your own, please bring them to help ensure availability for those who don’t.
