Join us for a sacred Spring Equinox gathering—a space to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
This special collaboration between Kosmic Temple, Khen, and Surya Light invites you into a nourishing ceremonial space where we honour the turning of the seasons, welcome inner renewal, and plant intentions for the cycle ahead.
As the light returns with the Spring Equinox, we gather in community to listen deeply, open our hearts, and reconnect with our authentic voice and presence.

A Sacred Space for Presence & Connection
Our gathering begins with ceremonial cacao and a guided listening circle.
This heart-centered container invites each participant to share, be seen, and be heard in a space of deep respect and presence. Here, every voice matters. There is no fixing, advising, or interrupting—only the gift of authentic listening.
To support the sacredness of the circle, we invite everyone to:
Speak from the heart when it’s your turn to share
Listen with full presence and attention
Honour the confidentiality and sacredness of what is shared
Follow your own rhythm—you are welcome to share, simply witness, or pass
This practice allows us to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves and each other.
Cosmic Sound Workshop
From this space of connection, we transition into a Cosmic Sound Workshop guided by Surya Light.
Through meditation, visualization, and intuitive vocal exploration, participants will be gently guided to reconnect with the natural intelligence of their voice.
In this experiential workshop, we explore how light language can move through:
Sound and vocal tones
Breath and presence
Gesture and intuitive expression
Energy and intention
Through playful vocal exercises, intuitive sound practices, and sacred witnessing, you will be invited to discover your unique expression in a safe, supportive, non-performance space.
No singing experience is required—only curiosity and openness.

Your Guides
Surya Light is a spiritual teacher, sound alchemist, and transformational guide with over two decades of experience in energy healing, yoga, meditation, and ceremonial facilitation.
She blends vocal empowerment, somatic healing, and soul-guided mentoring with grounded presence and intuitive wisdom. Her ceremonies weave together sound healing, spiritual teachings, and sacred ritual to support energetic alignment and spiritual embodiment.
Surya creates space for participants to reconnect to their intuitive wisdom, strengthen confidence and personal empowerment, deepen their relationship with the divine and higher-self, and access practical tools for healing, growth, and soul alignment.
Khen Troung is a community steward, artist, energy healer, and creative space-holder devoted to cultivating environments for connection, expression, and transformation.
As the host and guardian of Kosmic Temple Healing Sanctuary, she creates welcoming spaces where people can gather, share, and Khennect through art, presence, and authentic community. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing unfolds naturally when people feel seen, supported, and inspired to show up as their true selves.
Khen weaves together creativity, energetic awareness, and heartfelt hospitality to hold space for collective healing and personal transformation, inviting participants into deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the spirit of community.
Community Integration Potluck
We’ll close the gathering with a community potluck, offering time to ground, nourish ourselves, and integrate the energies of the day together.
Participants are welcome to bring a dish to share if they feel called.
Contribution
Sliding Scale: $44 – $77
Your contribution helps support the Kosmic Temple sanctuary, allowing us to continue offering healing gatherings, teachings, and ceremonial spaces for the community.
