What You Will Experience
This Cacao Ceremony will wrap you in warmth and relaxation with a cozy cup of cacao to open and connect to your heart. We will pull oracle cards to connect with your higher self and intuition and include a journalling exercise to connect with your dreams and call in your highest timeline.
We will start with restorative yoga to slow down the body and restore the nervous system with passive fully supported poses on a bolster held up to 15 minutes each with gentle hands-on energy healing. The restorative practise will be followed with a Quantum Lightcodes Sound Bath channelling high vibrational blessings, and working with healing crystal sound bowl, chimes and other sound healing instruments to entrain your nervous system into a state of deep relaxation where healing throughout the body, mind and spirit through the quantum field are made possible.

Yoga Mat
Cozy light weight blanket
Pillow or meditation cushion
Bolster
Water bottle filled with water (Filtered water is available at the studio for refills)
A journal and pen/pencil (optional)
Any crystals or sacred items that bring you comfort (optional)
There is a limited supply of yoga mats, light weight blankets, cushions and bolsters available at the studio.
Please bring your own if you have these items, to leave the studios supply for those who forget or don’t have access to these items.
